Location: Walsall and surrounding area
Contract: Permanent – Term-time plus contract
Salary: £26,500 per annum (FTE, £24,365 pro-rata)

As an Instructor/Mentor, you’ll be an inspirational role model, delivering engaging sessions in schools to:
- Build character, confidence, and resilience in young people.
- Inspire pupils through your own experiences and leadership.
- Support schools in developing life skills beyond the classroom.
This role is especially suited to individuals with a background in the military, public services, or education who are passionate about making a real difference.

- Flexibility to travel – a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
