Role: Education Instructor / Mentor

Location: Stockton on Tees and surrounding area

Contract: Permanent – Term-time plus contract

Salary: £25,500 per annum (FTE, £24,032 pro-rata) + annual bonus up to £2,000

Responsibilities:

  • As an Instructor/Mentor, you’ll be an inspirational role model, delivering engaging sessions in schools to:
  • Build character, confidence, and resilience in young people.
  • Inspire pupils through your own experiences and leadership.
  • Support schools in developing life skills beyond the classroom.

Qualifications:

  • Military PTI, public services, or education background (ideal).
  • A positive role model with empathy and compassion.
  • Commitment to your own growth as well as supporting the development of others.
  • Flexibility to travel – a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
