Location: Edinburgh and surrounding area
Contract: Permanent – Term-time plus contract
Salary: £25,500 per annum (FTE, £12,015 pro-rata for the 6 months)

As an Instructor/Mentor, you’ll be an inspirational role model, delivering engaging sessions in schools to:
- Build character, confidence, and resilience in young people.
- Inspire pupils through your own experiences and leadership.
- Support schools in developing life skills beyond the classroom.
This role is especially suited to individuals with a background in the military, public services, or education who are passionate about making a real difference.
Qualifications
- Military PTI, public services, or education background (ideal).
- A positive role model with empathy and compassion.
- Commitment to your own growth as well as supporting the development of others.
- Flexibility to travel – a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
