We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join the team of a highly successful and established estate agency.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Lettings Consultant, Senior Lettings Negotiator or experienced Property Consultant with a proven track record in residential lettings to join a successful branch and take the next step in their property career.

The Role

As a Senior Lettings Consultant, you will play a key role in generating new instructions, developing landlord relationships, matching tenants with suitable properties and delivering an outstanding level of service throughout the lettings process.

You will be responsible for conducting rental valuations, winning new business, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating terms and contributing towards the overall growth and success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure new instructions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective tenants.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Understand prospective tenants' requirements and recommend suitable rental properties.
  • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.
  • Generate new business and contribute towards branch targets.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service throughout the lettings process.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant information is updated on internal systems.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to maximise business opportunities.
  • Act as a senior member of the lettings team and lead by example.

About You

We are looking for an experienced residential lettings professional who is confident, driven and passionate about property.

You should have

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within residential lettings – essential.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Consultant, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Consultant or Property Consultant.
  • A confident, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
  • A competitive and target-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn bespoke property software.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Salary & Benefits
  • £18,000 – £20,000 basic salary , depending on relevant industry experience, plus:
  • Company car or car allowance.

Realistic OTE of up to £30,000 per annum.
