The Role
- Working alongside the Lettings Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful residential lettings team.
- You will deputise for the Lettings Manager during periods of absence while providing leadership, guidance and support to the wider team.
- You will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of individual and team performance, customer service and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the Lettings Manager when required.
- Provide daily support, leadership and motivation to the lettings team.
- Help drive individual and team performance against agreed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
- Support the team with property listings, viewings, negotiations and lettings progression.
- Assist with generating new instructions and identifying business opportunities.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
- Lead by example and contribute towards the overall success of the branch.
- Maintain excellent levels of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
- Support a positive, professional and commercially focused team environment.
About You
- We are looking for an experienced residential lettings professional with a strong track record and the ambition to progress.
- You should ideally have a minimum of 4 years' consistent experience within residential lettings.
- Experience as a Senior Lettings Consultant, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Assistant Lettings Manager or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, professional and commercially minded approach.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
- £21,000 – £24,000 basic salary, depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £40,000 – £42,000 per annum.
- The package includes: Company car or car allowance, personal and office commission, performance-related bonuses, year-end profit share, generous holiday allowance, birthday day off when it falls on a working day, pension scheme, length-of-service rewards, ongoing training and development, structured career progression, excellent earning potential.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Working 5 days per week, with an allocated weekday off. No Sunday working.
