Senior Lettings Consultant

My client has exciting opportunities for experienced Senior Lettings Consultants to join their award-winning team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure property listings.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Engage with potential new tenants to understand their preferences and recommend suitable rental properties.
- Facilitate and negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of industry experience is essential.
- Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic, and competitive personality.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in IT, including familiarity with MS Office and the ability to learn bespoke in-house software quickly.
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary between £19,000 – £20,000 per annum, based on experience, with a company car or car allowance, commission, bonuses, and other financial incentives, offering a realistic OTE of up to £30,000 per annum.
