What You’ll Do:
- Sell with Purpose: Use your experience to understand customer needs and offer the perfect car and add-ons.
- Drive Results: Handle a high volume of leads and turn them into sales with your engaging and persuasive personality.
- Earn Big: Hit targets, upsell, and watch your earnings grow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous car sales experience (main dealer or independent)—ideally with a proven sales record.
- Passion: A love for cars and a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
- People Skills: An engaging and persuasive personality, with excellent phone manner and the ability to upsell.
- Self-Starter: You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support.

- Great Pay: £22k basic, with an achievable £60k OTE - top performers are earning in excess of £85k.

Hours:
- 5 Days Per Week
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 7.30pm
- Saturdays: 8.30am – 6pm
- Sunday: 9.30am – 5pm
