Are you an experienced Smart Repair Technician looking for your next opportunity?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new preparation centre launching in Bristol, working for a rapidly growing nationwide automotive business.
You'll be joining the team at the start of an exciting new operation, with modern facilities, brand-new equipment and the opportunity to play an important role in establishing a high-performing refurbishment team.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out a range of SMART and cosmetic vehicle repairs.

Completing paint polishing, refinishing and minor paintwork corrections.

Repairing scratches, dents and other cosmetic damage.

Undertaking alloy wheel refurbishment where required.

Completing interior, trim and plastic repairs.

Carrying out leather, upholstery and carpet repairs.

Ensuring all vehicles are completed to a consistently high standard.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in SMART repair or automotive cosmetic refurbishment.

Good knowledge of paintwork, preparation and finishing techniques.

Experience carrying out minor bodywork and cosmetic repairs.

A strong eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.

A reliable, hardworking approach and the ability to work within a busy production environment.
