Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician - Main Dealer

Our client is part of a well-established main car dealership with many successful years of trading behind them. They have an outstanding relationship with their manufacturer brand and are continuing their prolonged period of growth on both a local and group level. They are currently looking to add an enthusiastic Junior Vehicle Technician to their team at their West Malling site. You will benefit from a positive and engaging working environment teamed with excellent in house and external training programmes. Rewards and bonuses are abundant and very achievable.
Key Objectives:
- To carry out vehicle service and repair work in accordance with technical standards and within the budgeted time
- To examine vehicles and diagnose non-routine defects, either in the workshop or during road tests
- To liaise with Advisors and customers regarding work carried out
- To work with colleagues to maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidiness
- Attend regular training to update technical skills
Applicant's requirements:
- You must be an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Experience working on cars in a garage/workshop environment
- You must have a valid UK Driving license with no more than 3 points
- Up to £23k Basic salary + Bonus (Depending on experience)
- Company Pension scheme
- Training both in house and manufacturer HQ
- Progression opportunities within the company
Working Times:
- 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Every other Saturday morning.
