Job Description
Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA / Bodyshop Estimator – We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor from either bodyshop or Accident repair background, to join our growing client with fantastic facilities.\\n\\nAll in-house work NO Insurance Companies to deal with and no customers! \\n\\nThe VDA position for this site is a very important role and an immediate start is on offer for the right candidate you will be working in a team of 10+ Appraisal staff.\\n\\nOur client is going through a big stage of growth,\\n\\nThis job role is a VDA / Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator position and ideally requires an experienced candidate. All cars are under 8 years and no medium to large accident damage.\\n\\nJob Details: \\n\\nVDA / Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor\\n\\n·To inspect damaged vehicles and assess the full extent of the damage sustained, assess the cost of repair and time scales\\n\\n·To identify the correct prescribed repair method\\n\\n·To prepare computerised and manual estimates and to accurately record these, maintaining up-to-date records of all estimates\\n\\n·Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure understanding of correct vehicle repair methodology\\n\\nHours 42.5 a week Permanent Job.
