Tyre Technician / Fitter – Peterborough\\n\\n£28k-£31k Salary depending on Shift\\nMonday to Friday – Day Shift or Back Shift Available\\nProgression Available\\nWorking with Top brands; BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi + More!\\nWorking in a world class, state of the art workshop in Peterborough, you will join a team of 200+ Highly Skilled Bodyshop Staff as Tyre Technician / Fitter. You will be working with some great products and equipment on vehicles that are no older than 5 years old.\\n\\nAs a Tyre Technician / Fitter, you will be always thinking of how to achieve the highest standards, whilst ensuring that safety and quality are top of mind. \\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nCorrectly removing and replacing the wheels of a vehicle\\nTightening the wheel nuts to the correct torque setting on re-fitting the wheels to the vehicle\\nReplacing worn damaged tires with the correct new tyre from the dealer's tyre rack\\nInflate the tyre on the wheel to the car manufactures recommended tyre pressure\\nRemoving and replacing a tyre by using the correct tyre equipment in the workshop\\nCarrying out a tyre puncture repair on a car tyre to the correct Safety Standards\\nUsing the correct tools supplied by the franchise dealership to carry-out the repair\\nWorking alongside the vehicle technicians within the workshop\\nCorrectly measuring a tyre tread depth and report the correct tread depth readings \\n\\nExperience / Skills:\\n\\nThe practical knowledge of fitting tires\\nThe capability of working to the highest quality standards\\nGreat team player and communication skills\\nA full UK driving licence \\n\\nPay, Hours and Benefits\\n\\n£28k-£31k Basic Salary\\nProgression Available\\nPension\\n23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays\\nGames room\\nFree Onsite Gym\\nModern canteen with full cooking facilities and a massive TV.\\nFree onsite parking\\nOvertime available \\nPlease apply to Command Recruitment for further information
