The Role:

As an HGV Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring maximum reliability and safety for customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Repairing mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
  • Completing all service documentation and job cards accurately.
  • Working in line with manufacturer procedures and warranty standards.
  • Maintaining excellent workshop housekeeping and health & safety standards.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology through ongoing manufacturer training.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as an HGV Technician.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Good mechanical and electrical knowledge of commercial vehicles.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous, with training available if required).
  • Right to work in the UK.
