We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and passionate Trainer to join our clients' growing Team. The Training is Generalist Training across a large, fast-moving business.
What will I be responsible for?
As one of our trainers, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the Company has the right talent in place to support its continual growth by designing and delivering proactive training initiatives right across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Induction Training for all new starters and work with Managers to provide ongoing support to improve productivity and retention rates.
- Create and deliver new training initiatives to meet business needs.
- Liaise with external companies to ensure that our teams remain up to date on compliance and training matters.
- Work with management and the HR department to support performance management and management development activities.
What do I need?
As an effective trainer, you will be a well-presented, confident individual who is comfortable communicating with a diverse colleague base, along with proven experience within a similar role. You will also have:
