We're working with a highly successful, market-leading estate agent that is looking to strengthen its Shenfield team with a Sales Negotiator / Property Consultant. The Opportunity
Previous estate agency experience is advantageous, but candidates with a background in sales, customer service or hospitality will also be considered. If you have the drive, personality and ambition to succeed as a Property Consultant, full training and ongoing development will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the property journey.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Progress property sales through to completion, liaising with all relevant parties.
- Identify opportunities to generate additional business and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with internal mortgage, protection and lettings teams.
- Contribute to branch targets, performance and overall business growth.

About You
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is keen to build a successful career within the estate agency and property industry. You'll ideally have:
- Experience within estate agency, property, sales, customer service or hospitality.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A professional, personable and commercially aware approach.
