Two Purchase Ledger Clerks Needed for a Leading Retail company in Belfast. This is a solid company to work for who are a market leader. A Study Package is on offer too! Position: Purchase Ledger
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:45 - 17:00
Salary: Up to £26,200 per annum (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the company's purchase ledger, working with a large busy Accounts Department.
- Reconciling supplier accounts and processing payments.
- Ensuring documents are processed on time and accurately.
- Liaising with internal management and external customers.
- Assisting with month-end purchase ledger closedown.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in accounts with good computer literacy.
- Previous experience in accounts.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
