We're recruiting on behalf of a large, modern prep centre, offering excellent earning potential, a fantastic working environment and a steady flow of work. You'll be repairing a wide range of vehicles, typically under 6 years old , meaning you'll be working on quality vehicles rather than tired, high-mileage cars.
This is a permanent PAYE opportunity with genuine long-term stability and career progression.

Working alongside an experienced bodyshop team, you'll ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.
Your ResponsibilitiesCarry out high-quality paintless dent repairs (PDR)Repair minor dents, door dings and creasesRemove larger dents and bodyline damage where possibleUse Push to Paint and Push to Prep techniques where appropriatePrepare damaged panels to minimise filler and painting requirementsWork closely with the wider bodyshop teamMaintain high levels of quality, productivity and attention to detailAbout YouWe're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys producing first-class repairs.
You'll ideally have: Previous experience as a PDR Technician , Dent Repair Technician or Paintless Dent Removal SpecialistExcellent attention to detail and a passion for qualityStrong problem-solving skills and a methodical approachAbility to work independently and within a busy workshop teamA positive attitude and strong work ethic
