This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art preparation centre , with state-of-the-art facilities, the latest workshop technology and modern equipment. You'll also have the flexibility to choose from a traditional Monday-Friday pattern or a compressed four-day week . Electric Vehicle or allowance ~ Overtime available ~(5 days a week) Monday-Friday, 07:00-17:00, OR ..... ~(4 Days a week) Monday-Thursday / Tuesday-Friday, 06:00-18:00 ~ Brand-new, state-of-the-art facilities ~ Latest diagnostic and workshop equipment ~ Clear progression and training opportunities ~ 23 days' holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service ~ Company pension ~ Staff discounts on vehicle purchases, EV chargers and servicing ~ Recognition programmes ~ Bike to Work scheme As a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for advanced diagnostics, complex mechanical, electrical and electronic repairs across a wide range of vehicles. Work with modern hybrid and electric vehicle systems Assist with difficult fault diagnosis and quality control Keep accurate workshop records We're looking for an experienced Master Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician with: Recognised Level 3 automotive qualification or equivalent Master Technician accreditation, ideally manufacturer-accredited Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles Full UK driving licence This is your opportunity to join a major new automotive operation at the beginning of its journey, helping establish the technical team and standards within a brand-new preparation centre.
