Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 basic, £45,000+ OTE, Overtime available.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (Saturdays on rota, paid as overtime).

The Opportunity: We're looking for an experienced MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join a busy, modern workshop in Crawley. Key Responsibilities:

  • MOT TESTER: Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards.
  • Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicle makes and models when required.
  • VEHICLE TECHNICIAN: Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicle makes and models.
  • Diagnose faults efficiently using the latest diagnostic equipment.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records.
  • Support colleagues and maintain workshop standards.

About You:

  • Qualified MOT Tester with a valid DVSA licence for MOT testing roles (not necessary).
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
