An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join a high-performing team at a flagship dealership in Leeds. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets
  • Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Manage daily operations including deal files, handovers, and sales pipeline
  • Ensure compliance and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high achievement
  • Recruit, train, and resource the sales team to support long-term success

Working Hours:

  • Weekend working (both Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week
  • 4 Days week 1, 5 days week 2
  • 1 Weekend off per month
