We are currently recruiting for a driven and experienced Service Manager for our client's main Car dealer site. This position is for a busy and well-established main dealer site based in Maidstone. You will be looking after a good-sized Car Dealership Service Department with the view to pushing the business forward. We are looking for someone very customer orientated and someone who is always looking to improve the department.

The role will entail looking after a busy workshop with the view to growing the business; this is a very fast paced and committed department.

This is an excellent role where you will oversee, manage and control the day to day running of the Service Reception, Service Administration office, MOT Bays, Workshop and Valeting Dept of a busy 7 bay workshop. We are looking for a candidate who has energy for this role and has a result focused attitude with excellent communication skills to deal with staff and the general public.

The successful candidate will be able to push the expectations of the department above standards, improve hours sold while running a professional and reputable department.

Remuneration: Basic salary of Circa £35,000 plus up to £15,000 Bonus are on offer along with other company benefits. A realistic OTE of £45,000-£50,000 is on offer.
