HGV Technician – Prestige Dealer Group

  • Basic Salary: £40,000
  • Realistic OTE: £55,000+ (uncapped bonus)

We are working in partnership with a highly respected, family-owned automotive group representing some of the world\’s most prestigious brands. Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced HGV Technicians to join their state-of-the-art workshop in Portsmouth.

The Role

  • Diagnose, repair, and service HGVs to manufacturer standards
  • Use the latest diagnostic equipment to resolve faults efficiently
  • Carry out routine maintenance, safety inspections and MOT preparation
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and warranty records
  • Ensure a safe, professional, and tidy workshop environment

About You

  • Qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with HGVs in a dealer or fleet workshop environment
  • Team player with a positive, \”can-do\” attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence (HGV licence desirable)
