You will lead a high‑volume Bodyshop of up to 150 staff, driving productivity, quality and safety while building a high‑performing culture.
Basic salary £55,000 with up to 10% bonus (OTE £60,500).
Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with some flexibility.
You should have senior leadership experience in bodyshop operations and a full UK driving licence.
