This is an exciting opportunity to move into a Used Car Sales Manager role with a successful and ambitious dealer group.
As Used Car Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the used car department, leading a motivated team and ensuring customers receive an exceptional buying experience.
You'll still be hands-on with finance and closing deals, but you'll now also oversee team performance, stock management, and compliance.
Leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to achieve sales and F&I targets
