This branch is a high performer with an office team of 12 taking up to 30 new properties per month. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual with a minimum of 1 year’s estate agency experience to match buyers to properties.

The Role

  • Meeting and greeting Buyers and Vendors
  • Matching buyers to houses
  • Negotiating deals with Vendors and Buyers
  • Generating Viewings
  • Introducing and converting in-house services such as Conveyancing and Financial Services Leads
  • Conducting Viewings
  • Tying up offers
