Home Based - you can grow your area in your home location. We are working with one of the UK's fastest-growing companies in the vehicle warranty sector who wish to continue to grow their coverage. Therefore, we are seeking new Account Managers to cover an area of the UK.

As an Account Manager, your role will be two-fold:
- Providing great customer service to and driving business with existing motor dealer accounts.
- Actively canvassing and acquiring new business from target dealer accounts in your designated territory.
Training is provided over your career, including the first week at HQ, and then 1:1 for a few days to settle you in, followed by ongoing training and regular sales meetings.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and coaching the performance of new and existing dealers by driving bespoke training solutions to support their warranty sales.
- Actively finding new ways to win business from target accounts using our consultative sales process.
- Dealing with all client queries and liaising with management as required.
- Negotiating and overcoming any objections to win business from target dealer accounts.
- Planning ahead to deliver the growth required to support your monthly new business KPIs.
Sales experience and/or field-based environment is ideal (not essential); some of our best Account Managers came from large retail backgrounds such as John Lewis/Next or Business Managers/Sales Managers from the motor trade.
