Car Sales Executive – Romford Our client’s exceptional site based at Romford is looking for an experienced and cultured Car Sales Executive to add to their stable team. Working as part of an award-winning dealer group you will be the face of the brand and company in this location. Using cutting-edge technology synonymous with the brand they represent, you will be tasked with selling New and Used cars to retail customers. The Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be focused on ensuring all customers are met to provide a consistent approach to our sales process, with a focus on the customer being given a full 360 sales approach. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of our client’s sales processes and effective enquiry management, taking your customers on a journey from initial welcome through to negotiation and close. The Ideal Candidate Car Sales Experience from a main dealer or independent retailer background Experience of delivering first class customer service in a customer facing environment Excellent communication skills Motivated to achieve and exceed targets Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale.
