What We\’re Looking For:
- Proven Car Sales Experience: You must have previous car sales experience and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-Centric: You\’ll go above and beyond to ensure each customer\’s buying experience is nothing short of exceptional.
- Team Player: While you\’ll be focused on your own sales targets, you\’ll also be a vital part of a supportive team led by the General Sales Manager and Head of Business.
- Franchise Dealer Experience: While not essential, previous experience with a franchised main dealer will put you at an advantage.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Basic salary + commission, with a realistic OTE of £60,000 (and top earners making £65,000+).
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy great hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am – 5pm, and Sunday & Bank Holidays 10am – 4pm (on a rota basis with a day off in lieu for working Saturdays).
