Brand Manager – Step Up Into Management – Crawley Basic Salary £35,000 + OTE £60,000 + Company Car + Benefits 5-Day Working Week – Monday to Saturday (Day Off in the Week) – No Sundays Are you in the motor trade looking for your next step? This is an exciting opportunity to move into this role with a successful and ambitious dealer group. The Role You\’ll take ownership of both a New Car Dealership (an Exciting Brand New Manufacturer) and a Used Car Dealership, leading from the front and growing a motivated team that ensures customers receive an exceptional buying experience. You\’ll still be hands-on with finance and closing deals, but you\’ll now also oversee team performance, stock management, and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to achieve sales and F&I targets Driving finance performance while ensuring full FCA compliance Managing used car stock, pricing, and digital advertising Closing sales alongside your team and leading from the front Handling customer escalations professionally and efficiently Driving improvements in both team performance and the customer journeyAbout You Ambitious and ready to step up into departmental management Experienced in delivering strong F&I results A confident leader who can inspire and support a sales team, and manage a small Tech Team Commercially aware, organised, and target-driven Professional, customer-focused, and process-drivenWhat\’s on Offer £35,000 basic salary (starting, depending on experience) £60,000+ OTE Company car & benefits 5-day working week (Monday-Saturday with a rota day off) Full training and career development support from a £500M+ T/O Group
