An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading automotive preparation and repair facilities in Peterborough. Working within a state‑of‑the‑art workshop alongside over 200 highly skilled automotive professionals, you will carry out tyre fitting, wheel removal and replacement, puncture repairs, and tyre inspections on a wide range of vehicles from prestigious manufacturers including BMW, Mercedes‑Benz, Audi, Volkswagen and many more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Removing and refitting vehicle wheels safely and efficiently
  • Tightening wheel nuts to manufacturer torque specifications
  • Replacing worn or damaged tyres with the correct replacement tyres
  • Inflating tyres to manufacturer‑recommended pressures
  • Operating tyre changing and balancing equipment correctly and safely
  • Carrying out tyre puncture repairs in line with industry safety standards
  • Measuring and reporting tyre tread depths accurately
  • Working closely with Vehicle Technicians and Workshop teams
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity at all times

About You

  • Previous experience as a Tyre Technician, Tyre Fitter, Fast Fit Technician or similar role
  • Practical knowledge of tyre fitting and puncture repair procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards
  • Strong team‑working and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Back Shift Pattern Monday to Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am, Friday 3:00pm - 7:00pm
