Are you an experienced automotive sales leader with a background in main dealerships? We\’re recruiting for a skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join a high-performing dealership in Orpington.

The Role

As Assistant Sales Manager, you will work alongside the Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a team of vehicle sales executives. You\’ll bring your dealership management experience to ensure the smooth running of the department while maintaining exceptional customer standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day sales operations

Leading, motivating and developing a team of sales executives

Driving sales across vehicles, finance and insurance products

Ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Handling escalated customer queries and ensuring high CSI results

Managing showroom presentation and finance proposal processes
