The Role
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and eager to grow within a dynamic property environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking and processing bills to ensure accuracy and payment
- Updating councils and utility providers when tenants move in
- Handling all utility-related queries
- Ensuring all providers hold up-to-date and accurate details
- Data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Clear and confident communicator
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Previous admin experience is beneficial but not essential
