Our client represents a hugely successful volume brand in a prime dealership location, boasting a loyal customer base and an outstanding reputation across both new and used car markets.
We're looking for a high-performing, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped earnings.

Hours
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Sunday:Closed
Basic Salary Structure
- £21,000 / £24,000 / £27,000 base (depending on achieving target levels)
- New starters typically begin at £21k, potentially £24k for experienced candidates
- Commission paid as a percentage based on sales vs target
- Uncapped xgikmsk earnings potential
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you must bring:
Previous Car Sales experience
A hunger to exceed targets
Strong customer service skills from first meet to handover
The ability to build lasting customer relationships
A proactive, positive attitude
Franchise main dealer experience (advantageous)
