We are currently seeking an experienced Senior / Lead D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join a growing team delivering high-profile ERP transformation projects.
Location: Remote-based with travel to client sites as required
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced D365 Business Central Functional Consultant looking to take a lead role in delivering complex projects, particularly within Manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will work closely with customers throughout the full project lifecycle, leading workshops, gathering requirements, shaping solutions and driving successful D365 Business Central implementations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementation projects
- Run client workshops and gather business requirements
- Design and deliver functional solutions aligned to business needs
- Provide guidance and leadership across project teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and key stakeholders
- Support best practice delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements:
- Strong D365 Business Central functional consulting experience
- Previous experience operating at Senior or Lead Consultant level
- Extensive Manufacturing industry experience (essential)
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations from discovery through go-live
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites when required
