Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a passion for building long-term customer relationships? We are working with a growing and highly respected Microsoft Business Applications partner seeking a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping account management practices, driving customer success, and delivering commercial growth.

The Role

  • As a Key Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-value customers, building strategic relationships and helping clients maximise the value of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central investment.
  • You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure customers achieve their business objectives while identifying opportunities for growth and service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
  • Build long-term account plans aligned with customer goals and business priorities.
  • Lead regular account reviews and strategic business discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered successfully.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service optimisation.
  • Create and manage account growth and revenue plans.
  • Lead contract renewals and commercial discussions.
  • Proactively manage customer satisfaction, retention, and risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to the development of best-practice account management processes.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial customer-facing role within ERP, SaaS, or subscription-based software environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute with experience driving account growth and customer retention.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify long-term opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot would be advantageous.
