Our client, a top-tier creative agency known for elevating brands through visually stunning print campaigns in the film and TV industry is seeking a Print Production Manager. This role requires managing the entire journey of print projects, ensuring all are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. With projects ranging from key art and OOH campaigns to title treatments and digital assets, you’ll be integral to delivering memorable content that stands out.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate with senior creative leads to drive seamless project execution, from briefing to delivery.
- Nurture strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and enhancing the client experience.
- Lead project kick-offs by developing briefs, coordinating resources, and keeping clients informed at each stage.
- Balance team workloads, fostering creativity and a supportive environment.
- Guide junior team members in their growth and encourage creative contributions.
- Protect and champion the creative vision while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Work with operations to manage resources, timelines, and project schedules effectively.
- Track budgets, monitor profitability, and handle external resources and invoicing processes.
- Securely manage and archive all client materials and content.
- Oversee client deliverables, ensuring projects meet all quality standards and adhere to specifications.
