The predicted salary is between 8813 - 9632 £ per year.

10 hours per week, permanent post. £8,813 to £9,632 per annum, inclusive of £810 per annum Distant Islands Allowance.

This post is based in the Broadbay Area of Lewis where you will be supporting an adult with support needs within their home. The work requires integrity, flexibility and a caring manner to help an individual maintain independence. Hours worked are from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. Full training will be given with regular supervision. Night enhancement rate will be applicable for hours worked between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am.

Applications are invited from female candidates only. Recruitment to this post is permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 where the person's sex is a Genuine Occupational Qualification (GOQ) for the duties required.

Opportunities are available to work additional hours within Adult Services. This role requires the wearing and use of PPE. This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme as a legal requirement of a regulated role with Adults.

Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade with annual incremental progression.
