A Commissioning & Performance Assistant vacancy has arisen within the Comhairle. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day functions associated with Self Directed Support and commissioned services throughout the Western Isles. The post holder will be the administrative contact for service users and service providers, and will assist senior management with the development and maintenance of appropriate monitoring systems.
Responsibilities:
Interviews will be conducted in person, providing candidates with the chance to personally meet the team and experience our work environment.
Requirements:
- You should have a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
- The ability to maintain data on information systems.
- You must be able to plan and prioritise your work schedule.
- You must have at least 2 years experience of working in a busy office environment, and an SVQ 3 or equivalent in a related field.
- For this role, it is essential that a level 1 Disclosure is completed.
