Β£30,237 to Β£30,526 per annum (inclusive of Β£2,997 Distant Islands Allowance per annum)
As the Clerical Assistant you will provide clerical and administrative support to the various business units within the Assets section. You will be part of the team where it is expected that all members work closely together offering support to each other and at the same time being willing to cooperate with other members of staff within the department.
You must have good knowledge of office procedures and be proficient in using word processing and spreadsheet software to create a wide variety of letters, documents, spreadsheets, and databases. You should have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
It is essential you are educated to MA Level 3 or have equivalent experience of working in an office environment. You must also have experience in diary management and office organisation.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade with annual incremental progression.
