The predicted salary is between 19220 - 21003 £ per year.
22.5 hours per week, Permanent position £19,220 - £21,003 per annum, inclusive of £1,822 Distant Islands Allowance per annum.
The post holder will provide high quality, effective and efficient administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer for the Strategic Finance department. They will manage Departmental Staff Absences, Departmental Complaints including provision of statistical analysis to the Senior Management Team and Freedom of Information requests.
You should have the ability to work on own initiative, to work effectively as part of a team and to motivate others. You must have excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills, as well as be proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software and able to produce a wide variety of letters, documents and spreadsheets.
You must be educated to HND level in Administration (or equivalent), SVQ Business Administration or have 3 years of experience in administrative work, as well as a high level of confidentiality.
