The Self-Directed Support Assistant will co-ordinate the delivery of the Self-Directed Support Act (2013) including providing information, advice and support to people who access Direct Payments. You will co-ordinate a range of projects/areas of work across Direct Payments policy, professional practice, and guidance.
You should have an understanding of the needs of the client group. It is essential that you hold a SVQ Level 2 - Administration, equivalent qualification or equivalent experience. You will have a good knowledge of effective customer care, office procedures, Health.
