A Cleansing Labourer is required at Marybank Depot to undertake all duties associated with refuse collection, street cleansing and burial grounds maintenance.

Duties will include:

  • the collection of refuse from domestic and commercial premises;
  • duties associated with street cleansing and gully emptying;
  • litter picking;
  • collection of bulky household waste;
  • grass cutting.

You should have previous experience of working in a Labourer post in difficult environments and be able to work in all weather conditions and have experience of mechanical plant operation and/or small tools. A full, unrestricted UK driving licence is essential.
