Cleansing Labourer, Maryank Depot
2 X 37 hours Per Week, Fixed term for 6 Months
£28,652 to £29,732 per annum, inclusive of £2,859 per annum Distant Islands Allowance
A Cleansing Labourer is required at Marybank Depot to undertake all duties associated with refuse collection, street cleansing and burial grounds maintenance.
Duties will include: the collection of refuse from domestic and commercial premises; duties associated with street cleansing and gully emptying; litter picking; collection of bulky household waste; grass cutting.
You should have previous experience of working in a Labourer post in difficult environments and be able to work in all weather conditions and have experience of mechanical plant operation and/or small tools.
A full, unrestricted UK driving licence is essential.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
