This role is central to translating complex financial and operational business processes into effective IT and SAP-based solutions. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring systems are aligned with and enhance core business operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, hands-on SAP experience across multiple modules, and the ability to lead end-to-end system implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
- Document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes.
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop system blueprints outlining design and configuration.
- Build and validate prototypes with stakeholders.
- Manage and execute data migration from legacy systems.
- Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities, including unit testing and UAT.
- Coordinate and support Go-Live activities, providing immediate post-implementation support.
- Develop and deliver end-user training programmes.
- Create user manuals and system documentation.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and identify opportunities for process optimisation and enhancement.
- SAP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience across SAP modules including FICO, MM, and SD.
- Business Analysis: Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into IT solutions.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical, interpretation, and reporting skills.
- System Integration: Experience integrating multiple business systems and applications.
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with modern cloud-based platforms and solutions.
- Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of relational database management systems.
