This role is responsible for the co-ordination and execution of product content across multiple eCommerce platforms and marketplaces. You'll be working with product SKUs, managing the flow of content from our brand teams to external platforms including Amazon, Tesco, and other major retailers. Playing a crucial role in our eCommerce content operations, you will co-ordinate the uploading and optimisation of product listings across marketplaces, ensuring content is launched right first time, on time. This includes managing Amazon A+ content, resizing images for different platform requirements, and uploading product details across various external portals.
Working closely with our brand and design teams, you will take creative briefs and manage the content co-ordination process from brief to live listing. Each retailer has different requirements - you might be filling in spreadsheets for one platform, uploading assets to another portal, or co-ordinating A+ content creation for Amazon. This is fundamentally a project management and content co-ordination role with a marketing and creative underpinning. You'll be the organised detail-oriented person who ensures our extensive product portfolio is represented consistently and effectively across all external eCommerce platforms.
You'll take assets created by our brand team (images and copy) and co-ordinate their adaptation and upload across multiple platforms. This includes resizing images to meet different retailer specifications, uploading content to various external portals, and ensuring all product information is accurate and optimised. The role involves significant liaison with external retailers and platforms, managing content co-ordination timelines, and ensuring our products are launched effectively across Amazon, Tesco, and other major eCommerce partners.
What Experience will you need?
- Exceptional project management and content co-ordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and marketplaces, particularly Amazon (including A+ content experience highly desirable)
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise content uploads and co-ordination across multiple platforms simultaneously
- Experience uploading content to external eCommerce portals and managing platform-specific requirements
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail for managing large volumes of product SKUs
- Experience working with spreadsheets and content management systems for eCommerce co-ordination
- Understanding of image resizing and basic content adaptation for different platform requirements
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for eCommerce content optimisation would be a significant advantage
- Experience briefing into design teams and managing creative content workflows
- A desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple content co-ordination projects running simultaneously
- Previous experience in content co-ordination, eCommerce operations, or marketplace management preferred
