We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Workers for a CoS employer in London, UK. International and UK applicants are welcome. We require carers who are passionate about care work to join our dedicated and skilled team of Care Assistants to work in Barnet and surrounding areas.
You will visit service users in their homes to meet their personal care needs, delivering quality person-centred care to service users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Carers will assist service users who need help with getting up in the morning and personal care. Carers may be required to prepare breakfast, sandwiches, as well as prompt medication.
Carers could add to the quality of a service user's life by having a chat and showing an interest in their life. Training will be provided, all we ask is that you bring compassion, empathy, kindness and patience. We welcome those with previous experience, as well as those who are new to care. Full training will be provided to ensure you are fully trained, competent and confident to deliver outstanding care.
