Purpose of Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Braddell group at a pivotal stage of growth,
supporting an expanding contract pipeline, more sophisticated commercial
negotiations, and a broader range of regulatory priorities, including sanctions, data
privacy, anti-bribery and competition law. The role will also play an important part in
supporting new bus tenders, franchises and acquired businesses.
The appointment will add valuable legal bench strength, create capacity for strategic
projects such as policy and template refreshes, and help the business move forward
with greater confidence, efficiency and consistency as it grows.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to broaden their contribution
through corporate secretarial responsibilities for Braddell group entities, working
closely with the Group corporate secretarial team in Singapore, including on Singapore
Exchange requirements.
