Overview of Role
We are currently looking for a friendly and passionate team member to join our growing team.
Working at our hotel in Comfort Inn Victoria, you will support the guest journey and experience.
The Role
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before service, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout breakfast.
- Replenish breakfast items regularly and assist guests with their requests.

Check guest satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints professionally.

Clear tables, wash and store cutlery and equipment, and maintain cleanliness throughout the breakfast area.

Check deliveries, monitor stock levels, and report any shortages or discrepancies to the Duty Manager.

Ensure sufficient breakfast supplies are available, including during bank holidays and public holidays.

Work effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and contribute to a positive guest experience.

The Candidate

- Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Suitable experience and/ or qualifications in the role
- You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role, documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates
