You will help people live independently, build confidence and achieve their personal goals. The role You will support daily living activities, appointments and community access, promote wellbeing and independence, maintain accurate records, and work closely with families and professionals. About you You will be compassionate, dependable and a confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. Previous care experience or a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. What we offer £13.50 per hour, paid training and Care Certificate, Enhanced DBS paid for, paid mileage, up to £150 towards car business insurance, company pension, 28 days' annual leave pro rata and opportunities for career development.
