Make a real difference every day. We are looking for kind, caring and dependable Support Assistants to join our Supported Living Services in INSERT LOCATION. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across morning, evening and daytime shifts.

About the role:

  • Provide kind, respectful and person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes.
  • Help people build confidence, develop daily living skills and take part in their community.
  • Promote dignity, choice, independence, wellbeing and safeguarding in everything you do.
  • Work closely with the Manager and wider team to provide safe, consistent support.
  • Monitor wellbeing, keep clear and accurate records, and raise any concerns appropriately.
  • Support with medication, appointments, routines, household tasks and creating a welcoming home environment.
  • Encourage positive outcomes and help each person live a fuller, more independent life.
