Provide housing management and tenancy sustainment support to vulnerable tenants, ensuring safe, compliant accommodation and promoting independence while maintaining tenancy obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of properties and tenants, ensuring tenancies are sustained in line with agreements and company standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections and risk assessments, ensuring health & safety compliance and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
- Monitor rent and service charge payments, proactively managing arrears and supporting tenants to maximise income and access benefits.
- Provide person-centred tenancy support to tenants with complex needs, including mental health, learning and physical disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with social care providers, local authorities, and external agencies to support tenant wellbeing and tenancy stability.
- Manage incidents, complaints, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy breaches in line with company policies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to meet audit and compliance requirements.
- Support tenant move-ins, move-outs, and void management to ensure properties are maintained and re-let efficiently.
